Aeon Aeon was formed in the summer of 1999, with the members: Tommy Dahlström (vocals), Zeb Nilsson (guitar), Johan Hjelm (bass) and Arttu Malkki (drums). All four ex members of Defaced Creation! Later, Morgan Nordbakk (guitar) took the place as second guitarist.
Aeon recorded their first demo in fall of 1999 which included the tracks; "The Return of Apolluon", Eternal Hate", With Blood They Pay", The Awakening", "Bloodlust" and "Hell Unleashed". The band choosed three songs from that recording for spreading it to record labels. Many labels showed their interests in the demo (also known as "Promo 2000") and wanted to sign Aeon, such as Wicked World,Black Mark, Near Dark Prod. etc.....
But Aeon decided to not take the first offer, instead they decided to wait for the deal they deserved; a label which could offer a faire deal and give a good impression to Aeon that they would push the band enough.
In august 2000 Necropolis records contacted Aeon and they negotiated with the band ´til both sides where satisfied. Necropolis rec. wanted to release Aeon ASAP, and their demo recording was such a good production that the label and Aeon decided to release the whole demo, with all the six tracks as a MCD. That MCD was realesed as"Dark Order in may of 2001 at Necropolis records.
In about the same time Morgan decided to leave the band as he was moving to Stockholm, he was replaced by Daniel Dlimi (ex Equinox ov the Gods etc.). Aeon continued to write material to their debut album, and did some gigs under this line-up.
In summer of 2002 Arttu Malkki decided to leave Aeon as a drummer, but still he is involved in the band in such manners as taking decicions and arranging music. He also follows the band to their concerts to help out. Arttu was replaced by Nils Fjellström (Chastisement). Nils was showing much interests in playing lots of blastbeats and grind so that inspired the band to write some very fast songs for the album which will be recorded sometime in spring of 2003.
Aeon is also one of the best live acts in the Death Metal genre, since the members are all great musicians with a lot of live experience, (both as Aeon, and from other erlier bands such as Defaced Creation) and they all got the best equipment that are around to make their unique "soundbarrier".
Aeon is different from other Death Metal bands since they do not find it good enough to just play fast. Aeon is taking Death Metal to a new level by having all the instruments "supporting" each other, and take their time to make good riffs, lyrics and vocal patterns with a thought behind it.
Aeon does not use any "fillout" material, instead they have the same intensity, majesty and brutality all through all the parts in every track, to create the best Death Metal ever made!

Agiel The name AGIEL comes from the Enochian language and represents the intelligence of Saturn. That origin in occult mythos is not lost on the sound and style of AGIEL's music. At times haunting, but always brutal in nature, AGIEL blends sounds from across many genre of metal including: Black, Death, Tech and Symphonic Metal.

AGIEL's current lineup includes James Taylor (vocals/synth), Mike Dillio (guitar) and Rich Buzzel (bass). AGIEL has had the pleasure of working with many talented musicians. For their debut album DARK PANTHEONS AGAIN WILL REIGN (Unique Leader 2002), AGIEL employed the incredibly talented Tim Yeung as the drummer in support of that album and the subsequent summer tour.

AGIEL toured to support the release of DARK PANTHEONS, having the honor of sharing the stage with the legendary Cephalic Carnage and December. The band describe the tour as an incredible experience and a once in a lifetime opportunity, meeting thousands of rabid metal fans and growing more cohesive as a live act.

The band currently exists as a loose collaboration between its permanent members: James, Mike and Rich. They are currently working on an AGIEL project that will be released in 2009.

Hymnos Ex Maledicos Gemini  2001

Dark Pantheons Again Will Reign  2005
Beheaded Formed way back in 1991, with the sole intention of being one blistering death/grind act, Beheaded has breathed fire ever since. Set in Malta, an island, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, the quintet stood firm, against all the odds, and confrontations such an environment generated.
Beheaded toughened after each clash, and molded into a beast of tenacity and inhuman determination. Founded by Chris Brincat – drums and David Bugeja &ndash guitars, more than a decade ago, the two set upon the difficult task to recruit a killer line up and start the first Death/Grind act in Malta. The former years were plagues with line up shifts, something which persisted till 1995. During this year the highly acclaimed ‘Souldead’ demo was recorded. Beheaded also recorded the song ‘Vae Victus’ for a local compilation CD. The Demo was being sent to countless underground zines, radio stations, distros an †††† A5??????????? i?d tape traders all over the globe. It was being made to circulate through all means possible and available at the time. Beheaded started to get a great feedback from the underground scene and a solid contact with the scene outside Maltese shores started taking shape. By 1996, the band had signed its first Record Deal with Sweden’s X-Treme Records. The first official full length was recorded at Temple Studios in June 1996. Unforeseen hindrances determined that the CD saw its release in early 1998! Even so, the release was again praised in countless reviews including a 4K/5K review in Kerrang, and 7/10 review in Terrorizer. Summer 1998 also saw the band embark for the first time outside Maltese shores to play shows in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany. During this tour the band played opening shows for Vader, Dying Fetus, Defaced Creation and Deranged, as well as gigs with Fleshless. On return from the tour, Beheaded was conscious more than ever that it had potential to rip it up with the big names in the scene. New material started to outline a more brutal and heavy approach in the songs. Having terminated the deal with X-Treme, the band recorded a 5 track promo CD in 1999. The 5 tracks on the promo captured the attention of several record labels. However, the band opted to sign with Danish Label Mighty Music. The same five tracks were released as the Resurgence of Oblivion Mini CD. Such release left its indelible mark in the brutal underground scene and was again praised in countless publications. The new songs also went down extremely well during live performances. Enter 2001. During this year Beheaded wrote all songs for the upcoming ‘Recounts of Disembodiment’ full Length in between January and May ’01. The recording took place once again at Temple Studios in June ’01, with friend and sound engineer, David Vella behind the mixing desk. A tour called ‘The European Extermination Tour’ took place allover Europe in July ’01 which saw Beheaded headlining alongside label mates Anasarca. Beheaded also took part in the Obscene Extreme Festival (CZ) whilst on tour. The tour furnished the band with lots of new contacts. 2001 was the year when Chris got endorsed by Paiste Cymbals for his abilities behind the skins. Early 2002 saw the release of ‘Recounts of Disembodiment’, an album which went down exceptionally well with the followers of this extreme form of music. Positive reviews cropped up from every where in every country, and countless of interviews were done in numerous underground publications. A 9/10 review in Terrorizer made the band’s day for sure! Mighty Music also licensed the Resurgence of Oblivion MCD, and Recounts of Disembodiment CD to US label Forever Underground Records. The band’s name was spreading fast at this stage. April and May 2002 was the time when the first US tour took place. Such tour included over 20 shows and boasted appearances at the Ohio Deathfest and New Jersey Metal Meltdown, where the band shared the stage with the elite bands of the genre. Way back to Europe, Beheaded stopped in Germany to take part in the F*ck the Commerce V festival in Neiden. A show in front of about 5000 people instigating one massive pit - an appearance that underlined the words ‘SHEER CRUSHING BRUTALITY THAT WILL EAT YOUR F*CKING HEAD OFF!!’ (present on the backs of Beheaded shirts). On the return from the FTC festival, and in between late 2002 and mid 2003, Beheaded was confronted with a series of unexpected situations, including line up replacements. The band tore its way through it all and ripped to pieces everything that crossed its path. Loaded with an arsenal of riffs, new top notch material started being written. The band decided to terminate the record deal with Mighty Music, and look for better conditions with another label. With this in mind a new 2 track Promo CD was recorded. The two tracks on the promo outlined a solidified sound and a more focused technical/brutal approach. The promo disc captured the attention of Unique Leader Records, a highly reputable label within the international brutal underground scene. A record deal was negotiated and was signed in April 2004. Such an agreement has signified a total rebirth for the band. Beheaded took its place amid the sickest roster of bands in the international underground circuit. The ‘Ominous Bloodline’ album was recorded in July / August ’04, at Temple Studios, Malta and Mastered a at Imperial Mastering US. Ominous Bloodline featured awesome tracks like ‘Esoteric Kin’, ‘Conceived to Dominate’ and ‘Rooted in Profundity’. A mini European Tour was headlined in October 2004 with Technical Death Grind band Prejudice from Belgium. Beheaded also headlined the Ludwigshafen Deathfest during this mini Tour. The album was launched officially on March 8th, 2005. It marked a significant step forward for Beheaded on all fronts.

Brutus Around september 2000 "Bastard" (Textures, ex-Lost Sacrament) and "Ploegbaas" (EX-Goddess of Desire, ex-The Mess Age) decided to start up a giga-Death-Metal-project wherein a continuous plow/blast, brutal rigid zombiguitars and murderous quasi-poetic Dutch lyrics are the main ingredients.

Soon "Molestrator" (Razorblade Perversion) and "Schoft" (Wiri Smokkor) joined the two to complete the madness. After a few rehearsals, they decided an extra growler wasn't necessary, and that 3 vocalists sounded just as hectic and chaotic as BRUTUS was meant to sound. With 3 guitarists on the mics the writing and arranging of the songs went only smoother and faster.

Women and relationships are not allowed to disturb the grim ambience of BRUTUS, so, Molestrator got his lazy butt firmly kicked when he arrived at the rehearsal with his new "play-maid". "Ploert" (Pandaemonium), our Saviour, The Eternal Jerker, replaced the Molestrator. With this line-up several venues had already been pletwalsed when 'round Xmas 2001 Brutus recorded a 6-song PROMO in order to indoctrinate label-owners and other deathmetal freaks...WORLD DOMINATION !

With a lot of nagging and a little physical violence we managed to get an opening slot on one of the "Gutting Europe"shows supporting Deeds and Disgorge and surprisingly enough the Unique Leader camp was impressed enough to release our debrut album "SLACHTBEEST" which was recorded in December of 2002. After a vast period of delays this brutal statement was finally issued in December 2003 immediately followed by an extensive European tour with Macabre and Cephalic Carnage.

When Brutus was in the middle of the recordings for the highly anticipated follow up "Murwgebeukt/TotalLoss" Plowboss, who had been struggling with his inner demons, decided to end his time on earth. Since then the band has had a hard time getting to grips with the fact that the fuel had gushed from the machine.

2008: "We feel we've caught up with life and can finally keep our promise. The time to finish what we started has come..." Schoft/ Brutus

With a strong new line-up Brutus celebrated their comeback at the Neurotic Deathfest. After tapping the young apprentice Yuma (the New Dominion) and re-welcoming Bastærd back into the ranks the foursome has since grown stronger each show. The conclusion of the Epic 2nd album is turning out to be a bitch of a task but the band hopes to wrap up the production by the end of the year. "Bear with us"

Carnophage The CARNOPHAGE story began in early 2006. The band was formed by Mert Kaya and Bengi Öztürk who had worked together in a couple bands and projects at times. After all this endeavour, they decided to give life to their own musical thougths. Their desire was a controlled, chaotic and a technical form in Death Metal. To achieve this, the duo established Carnophage. After a few weeks, Onur Özçelik of Black Omen (who has been playing with Mert for a couple years) joined Carnophage and the song writing process started. During this process, Berkan Basoglu (guitarist of Solitude) joined the band as a vocalist. His vocal skills quickly adapted to band”s music and for the time, the line up seemed to be completed. After a few months, the idea of double guitar working became more appropriate for the band and Berkan took the second guitar position leaving the vocals.
Two guitars added more aggression and complexity to Carnophage”s music.

Time has come for seeking a vocalist after Berkan switched to the guitars. Carnophage offered the vocal mission to Oral Akyol. He was in charge with Cidesphere (R.I.P.) nearly ten years and after his resignment in Cidesphere, he has been the vocalist for Burst Appeal. Being a death metal head over the years, he accepted throat duties and adapted the band”s style perfectly. Finally the line-up was totally ready to write and perform new songs. After the composing sessions, the band entered Midas'in Kulakligi Studios and recorded their debut album "Deformed Future // Genetic Nightmare". The final product is a combination of fast and technical/brutal death metal. During the recording session many labels were interested in signing Carnophage. Finally the band got signed with Unique Leader Records. Carnophage has been receiving considerable amount of positive feedback about their work over the net and from the Turkish underground metal scene. In 26th of August 2008, Carnophage will share the sickness with the world under the flag of Unique Leader Records featuring the artwork of Par Olofsson (cover art) and Ozan Yildirim (booklet art & layout). Deformed Future // Genetic Nightmare  2001
Condemned It all began in Imperial Beach, CA in April 2004. Forrest Stedt (drums) and Steve Crow (guitar) wanted to get back into music making. At first, Forrest and Steve played in a garage just throwing around ideas and writing songs. Shortly after, one of their oldest friends Paul Hickey (bass) was added. For a while it was just writing music and thinking up a band name. It was decided on the name CONDEMNED. The name fit well with their ideas. After a little over a year of practicing in Forrest's garage it was decided best to move on to another place to rehearse due to time constraints affecting creativity. They found a rehearsal building shortly after and moved in. CONDEMNED started working even harder thanks to new found freedom and began writing for a future album.

In July 2005, Condemned added second guitarist Chris Ben-Judah (guitar). After a considerable amount of time searching for a vocalist, Forrest and Steve decided to write lyrics and share vocal duties on the demo and use it as an ad for a vocalist with the same vision. However, in late September they received a response from Angel Ochoa (vocals) and decided to try him out.
After a single demonstration of Angel's disgusting ability he was added as the final piece of Condemned.

With Angel, CONDEMNED's sound was finally complete and in November 2005, Condemned recorded their "Mass Burial" demo. The demo spread out fast and created a good name for them in the brutal death metal scene. With that, a new brutal death metal band is spawned and ready to destroy. Condemned has since parted with bassist Paul Hickey and guitarist Chris Ben-Judah, and have recruited bassist Mario Pena and guitarist Jerry Williams.

CONDEMNED was soon in search of a label to help put out their debut album and was consequentially contacted by Zdenek of Lacerated Enemy Records. After a considerable amount of discussion they signed with LE Records, together they created and released their first full-length album entitled "Desecrate the Vile". Condemned have built a strong fan base internationally and have toured through Japan, Europe, and through the U.S. in support of the album.

Condemned have recently parted ways with 2nd guitarist Jerry Williams and are working as a 4 piece. They recently signed with Unique Leader Records for better promotions here in the U.S. and to release the 2nd coming album entitled "Realms of the Ungodly".

Desecrate the Vile  2007
Decrepit Birth Decrepit Birth was formed in 2001 by Matt Sotelo - guitars, Bill Robinson - vocals, and Derek Boyer - bass. Originally the intention was to play devastating, brutal, technical death metal, mixed with influences from the early 1990's Florida death metal scene. Since Matt and Derek had at one time both played in Southern California band, DEPRECATED, it was easy for the two of them to begin collaborating on material for the first full length Decrepit Birth album "...And Time Begins".

In Fall of 2002, with the help of friend Tim Yeung on session drums, they entered Legion Studios to begin recording. Almost a year later "...And Time Begins" was released on Unique Leader Records, artwork by Dan Seagrave. The album had production issues but still managed to forge a very solid fan base in the death metal scene. The band went through a dry period of playing no shows due to the lack of a drummer. Bassist Derek Boyer got the chance of a lifetime and was offered a full time position with death metal legends SUFFOCATION. That left Decrepit Birth with out a drummer or bassist.

During 2004, bassist Risha Eryavec stepped in and not long after that, drummer KC Howard of ODIOUS MORTEM officially joined the band as well. For the next couple years the new lineup played many shows, fests and one North American tour. In 2007 the band took a break and began writing full time for the new album. They went through some lineup changes and also dealt with personal issues related to a past member. This conflicted the band, and brought about a spiritual overhaul. The result was a change in direction and sound. The new music was becoming influenced by melodic and progressive compositions. The sound was more mature and catchy, while still maintaining the brutality Decrepit Birth is known for.

In Spring of 2007 Decrepit Birth entered Castle Ultimate Studios with engineer Zack Ohren to begin recording for the sophomore album. In January 2008 the highly anticipated album "Diminishing Between Worlds" was released again through Unique Leader Records. During that same month of January, Decrepit Birth embarked upon their biggest tour yet, opening for THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, THREE INCHES OF BLOOD, and HATE ETERNAL. With the addition of a second guitarist, Dan Eggers and bassist, Joel Horner(both of ODIOUS MORTEM) to replace Risha so he could focus on his family and job, the brand new line up played night after night of sold out shows through out the United States. Now with a new album freshly released, Decrepit Birth was able to catch the attention of Nuclear Blast Records, which was a label the band really wanted to work with for years. After negotiations, they happily signed on with Nuclear Blast in Spring of 2008. The band is currently touring in support of the new album and is also writing new music, which can only be described as an "evolved version of what we did on Diminishing Between Worlds".

Diminishing Between Worlds  2008
Deeds of Flesh Deeds of Flesh was created back in mid 93' by Jacoby Kingston, Erik Lindmark and Joey Heaslet. Before Deeds, we were all in different bands. We all felt that we were being held back in our other bands and we knew what we could do better together, so we formed Deeds of Flesh. After taking 3 months to write the first CD entitled 'Gradually Melted', we released it through various labels. It took off explosively in the underground, gaining worldwide recognition extremely fast. In late 95', after various offers, we signed with Repulse Records for a 2 CD deal. We released our first full length CD entitled 'Trading Pieces' in 96', and our second 'Inbreeding the Anthropophagi' in 98. Due to Joey having to leave the band temporarily because of schooling opportunities, Inbreeding featured his replacement Brad Palmer. Also in 98' we re-released a new re-mastered version of 'Gradually Melted' with all new artwork. Since the release of 'Trading Pieces', Deeds has toured constantly all over the world smashing heads. For the most part, the turnouts and support at our shows have been excellent. The scene has treated us very well wherever we go, and a huge horns up to all the fans for that! After the release of 'Inbreeding the Anthropophagi', Deeds picked up X-Vile guitarist Jim Tkacz and got original Drummer (Joey Heaslet) back in the band long enough to record "Path of the Weakening". "Path" has sold over 16,000 CD's so far and is the highest selling CD to date. After successful North American and South American tours, along with many Festivals, Jimmy T, guitarist for Deeds left the band to take care of his demon seed in the bay area. Jared Deaver, formerly Impaled/ Psypheria was hired to replace him. Mike Hamilton formerly of Vile also joined Deeds to take on the task of drumming for the band. After two crushing North American tours and many shows in between Jared had one to many obligations back home. Deeds of flesh then recorded "Mark of the Legion" once again as a three piece. With the help of Crash distribution (US) and Unique Leader Europe, "Mark of the Legion," sold tremendously well. Another real boost to the album sales was a tour in which Deeds of Flesh supported Cannibal Corpse. It was the largest opportunity that Deeds had ever been offered and every show helped gain thousands more Deeds fans. In 2003, Deeds finished "Reduced to Ashes", our 5th full-length release. With massive distribution and a 2003 European tour with Hate Eternal, and Dying Fetus, accompanied by 2004 New Zealand / Australia and Canadian headlining tours, Reduced to Ashes was very successful. In December of 2004 we recorded "Crown of Souls", our 6th full-length release. The band did tours in Europe and the U.S. in 2006 joined by new guitarist Sean Southern.
In Early 2007, Jacoby retired from the band and was replaced by Erlend Caspersen from Norway.
Plans are in the works to record a new full length album in Spring 2008. More to come...

Devilyn The whole idea of starting a band was born in 1992 in the heads of two unexperienced lamers: Novy and Bony, who in these days were able just to count the strings in the guitar. First concretes were in 1993/1994. The first lineup was completed: Novy - bass, voc; Bony - guitar; Piotr - guitar; Kuba - drums. The name was Cerebral Concussion. With this lineup, on their own, they recorded a first demo "The Rule", promoted in Polish and Euroean underground. The year 1006 brought the serious decision of recording the material for an album in order to sign the contract, so this happened in April of this year. However, only by the end of 1996 the solution of this problem appeared. Due to M. Kmiolek the band signed two-album contract with French record company, Listenable Rec. and changed the name to Devilyn. The material, which had been recorded before, due to Listenable Rec., debuted as an album entitled "Anger" in the whole world. Great press - reviews caused the first professional tour over Europe in 1998, by the side of such bands as Cannibal Corpse and Krabathor. In this year also compositions for the new album were created, which was recorded in the autumn 1998. In the year 1999 the next album of Devilyn entitled "Reborn in Pain" was released. Unfortunately, this title became a bad prophecy for the band for next two years. Lack of promotion, personal problems and many more factors caused a break in touring and composing. The year 2000 was another important break in band's life. Piotr, Kuba and the session guitarist, Borowa left the band. Instead, the new faces came to Devilyn: Basti (drums) and Dino (guitar) were the new ones, sharing the duties with their own project, Spinal Cord, they sacrificed themselves to a new band. The effect came quickly. The "new blood" in the band caused the original and extreme music. Great understanding between the musicians and the technical abilities brought a significant mark to the new music of Devilyn! The band received new help, from M. Wardzala, what caused the new contract, with Pastic Head - Blackend. By the end of year 2001, the new masterpiece came, "Artefact". Stability within the group didn't last for long. In result of a misunderstanding, in 2002, in the band stays only Bony, the founder of Devilyn. Novy joins Vader, while Dino and Basti concentrate on playing with Spinal Cord. Fortunately new musicians appear in the band who have a siginificant influence on the creation of the new album "11." This is how the new, 5 member squad looks like: Bony(guitar), Zycklon(bass), Domin(drums), Erian(guitar), Michal(vocals). The quintet played at quite a few concerts in 2003 and 2004, in Poland as well as abroad. With this new line-up, the band entered the Hertz studio in November 2004 to record their best so far album entitled "XI." This album has been getting everyone on their knees from the beginning, prooving the fact that Devilyn is not only a temporary phenomenon and it's career is just the beginning...

Disavowed Inspired by bands like Suffocation, Pyrexia, Vader and Dying Fetus, Disavowed was formed in 2000 from the remnants of Nocturnal Silence. With the goal to write music that is brutal, yet well structured, technical and catchy, 3 songs were written and recorded soon after Disavowed formed. The demo CD entitled Point of Few resulted in good responses from all over the deathmetal scene and finally led to a record deal with the American label Unique Leader Records (Deeds of Flesh, Disgorge). In 2001 the first full length CD entitled Perceptive Deception was released, followed by a 5-week tour in the United States and Canada in 2002 and a 4-week European tour in 2003. After a long period of wrist injuries of the drummer, Robbe V, a temporally replacement was found in Dirk Janssen (Despondency) in mid 2005. After doing numerous regional shows Disavowed will head for Japan and Hong Kong in April 2006. At the moment Disavowed is preparing for various festivals in summer 2006 and the recordings of a new album in September 2006 with new Drummer Romain Goulon (Imperial Sodomy, Arsebreed). The new album will show the growth of Disavowed musically, without compromising brutality and aggressiveness...

Stagnated Existence  2007
Disgorge In 1992 Bryan Ugartechea, Tony Freithoffer and Ricky Myers started what was to become one of California's most brutal death grind bands. The same year they released their first demo, Cognitive Lust of Mutilation, before moving shortly afterwards to San Diego, California to establish themselves in the underground scene. During the move the band parted ways with bassist/vocalist Bryan Ugartechea. New members Matti Way (vocals) and Eric Flesy (bass) were taken on to fill Ugartechea's dual role. The band wrote new material for their second demo 95 Demo, which was distributed worldwide and received great reviews[citation needed]. Disgorge played many shows throughout 1995 to broaden their fan base, and in 1996 recorded the first four tracks of Cranial Impalement which was not released at the time but was later distributed by Extremities Productions. In 1997 Tony Freithoffer and Eric Flesy left the band. Myers and Way began looking for new members, which weren't found until late 1998. Diego Sanchez (guitar) and Ben Marlin (bass) of Strangulation, a local death metal band, decided to join Disgorge then signing with Unique Leader Records, shortly after they released their full-length album, She Lay Gutted, in November 1999. Since the release of She Lay Gutted the band has toured worldwide in Europe, North America and South America. Matti Way quit the band in 2001, shortly after, the band found a replacement in A.J. Magana, ex-vocalist of Deprecated. Disgorge recorded their third album entitled Consume the Forsaken with Magana as the vocalist. Not too long after the recording took place A.J. parted ways with the band. Their fourth album entitled Parallels of Infinite Torture, featured new vocalist Levi Fuselier & guitarist Ed Talorda. Wikinews has related news: Disgorge bassist Ben Marlin dies from cancer Disgorge have played in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Mexico, and Indonesia in support of the new release. Disgorge currently plan on writing material for a new album.

Dominion Sometimes death strikes when least expected and noone could have foreseen the storm unleashed in 2004 when Victor Brandt and Jocke Olofsson spawned Dominion. The goal was to create ‘top of the line’ audio violence. More extreme than the bands that they grew up listening to and two steps further than the bands that they listen to today. Being totally in to deathmetal and musical skills (playing, writing songs, producing) it was a given from the onset what mattered. No demos have been made, ‘There was no point. We had both means and material for a full length album. So why settle for anything less?’, states Victor Brandt. In ruthless development and speed, Dominion finished the album ‘Born God and Aware’ and kept on writing songs. During the final stage of recording, the boys inked their names on a contract with Unique Leader ‘We are verry proud to be working with a lable of such great tradition and total devotion to brutality!’ The debute album ‘Born God and Aware’ (artwork by Per Olofsson) is unleashed in 2006 and takes brutality to new extremes! Victor Brandts sickening abuse of strings and zombiefied growls along with Jocke O's blast-o-rama is a total show of extreme and fast deathmetal combined with superior technique and catchy riffs! It seems that Dominion is an unstoppable force, growing stronger and hungrier. They are. Submit to the brutality cause this is deathmetal domination! ‘You are as sand and the winds are blowing’

Exmortem The band was started back in 1992 and was at that time called Mordor. The first demo "Souls Of Purity" was released in 1993. In Dec. 1994 the debut album "Labyrinths Of Horror" was recorded and it was released in June 1995, by Euphonious Records. In 1997 Exmortem was ready with a new recording, this time it was the promo tape called "Dejected...". This lead to a new signing with Euphonious Records, who in 1998 released the second album "Dejected In Obscurity". Later in 1998 Exmortem released a new promo tape and two of the tracks from that tape was later released on a split 7" vinyl in 1999. After that Exmortem started to work more professionally and that led to a new line-up with two new members in Simon (V) and Reno (D) and with them a new promo-CD was recorded in 2000. Finally in the end of 2000, the band entered the studio to record the "Berzerker Legions" album and it was released in May 2001 by Hammerheart Records. After the release of "Berzerker Legions" Exmortem got more known in the international metal scene and after having played shows in lots of European countries the band started to work on the next album. This let to the signing with Osmose production who released the fourth album "Pestilence Empire" in Dec. 2002. Since then the band have been on a European tour and played several other shows, plus released two exclusive vinyl releases. With the re-release of Berzerker Legions in the US the band has for the first time made a widely distributed release from Exmortem available in the United States. Exmortem is now signed to Earache/Wicked World for a worldwide multi album deal and the first album "Nihilistic Contentment" was released January 2005!

Hour of Penance Death metal goes beyond music. It's the expression of [in]humanity's darkest side, devastation, sorrow. Could it all end just as another fucking trend? It won't.

That's the only message HOUR OF PENANCE want to give with their sickening, mind-devastating, brutally conceived music.

Hailing from the immortal city of Rome ( Italy ), Hour of Penance is a 5 piece Brutal Death Metal Band in the vein of most of the American Gods such Nile, Hate Eternal, Gorgasm and other band that plays death metal at the speedlight!

Formed back in 1999 Hour of Penance started as a black-death cover band. The sound made by all those incredible bands from Florida (that we all know, huh?)... it was what H.O.P. was trying to imitate. The band began to write songs, mixing the sound of different influences from Europe and USA. But the real epiphany came out when Cannibal Corpse released in October 1999 their "Bloodthirst " album (don't you think that is a killing album?!? You moron!!!).

Just one year later H.O.P. release their first demo, which was recorded in only two days at the Outer Sound Studios (by Giuseppe Orlando of Novembre). The mini-CD is 20 minutes long, and includes the first song H.O.P. ever wrote, that gave the name to the band. It immediately make H.O.P. themselves known in Rome (a few time later also in Italy, after some positive reviews by 'zines and webzines), the band has some shows in the city, playing with other metal combos.

H.O.P. enter Outer Sound Studios again in September, 2001 to record a split 7" (still waiting to be released for Warlord Rec.) with Cadaveric Crematorium (Brescia, Italy). Their side includes a new track plus a cover to paying homage to the death metal-gods Deicide: 5.19 minutes of blasting sonic fury! As a [dramatic] oddness, the recording session ended on Sept 11th, just before the terrorist outrage.

On June, 1st 2002, H.O.P. travel to Sweden to play at the first edition of Gothenburg Deathfest. The bill includes Iniquity, DeepRed, Impure, Insision, Convent, Visceral Bleeding, Immersed in Blood, Spawn of Possession.

In October 2002, the band is officially under contract with the Spanish label XTREEM MUSIC (ex-REPULSE Rec.), and will release the first full-length album "Disturbance" in February 2003.

What next?! Well, "Disturbance " had a large number of very positive reviews worldwide and became album of the month for the Swedish Nekrologium Webzine and for the Peruvian Metallerium Webzine. The German Possessed'zine claims that the album is the best thing done in Italy since Bud Spencer & Terence Hill's spaghetti western movies... is there any better compliment in the world?!
I don' t wanna know.

Solved some line up problems, the band starts a very intense live activity in the beginning of 2004, and for the second time H.O.P. play outside of Italy: this time the band joins Houwitser, Harmony Dies, Sinners'Bleed, Spawn and Symbiontic for a brutal gig in Wermelskirchen (Germany) on April 24th. A few weeks later H.O.P. supports Disgorge (mex) and Sanatorium at the Brunch Live (Porto d'Ascoli, ITA), Prophecy and Godless Truth in may, and once again outside italy, in august the band take part as Headliner at Mountains of Death Festival 2004 (Switzerland) with band such as Spawn of Possession and Despondency.

In October the band plays at the third edition of Made In Sickness Fest togheter with malta's death metal combo Beheaded and technical death metal Prejudice.

Beginning of 2005: after two months of hard work in the new 16th Cellar Studio, Hour of Penance unleash their second attack of uncompromising Brutal Death metal untitled ‘Pageantry for Martyrs’. The new album (that will be out once again for Xtreemmusic Rec. In may 2005) shows, in 10 tracks of blastbeat Fury and a unrelentless guitar riffing, the high level of songwriting and musicians capability reached by the band.

The last album of the band, entitled ‘Pageantry for Martyrs’ won several awards as ‘Best album of 2005’, even if Hour of Penance it's still considered as an underground death metal band. Thanks to the new album Hour of Penance was definitely consecrated as one of the most stunning act of the European Brutal death metal scene and as the most impressive band from Italy. In This two years the band played loads of gigs outside italy and in some important European festival as the NRW death metal fest in Germany or Kempen death fest in Belgium, following for two dates the tour named Gutting Europe, or headlining the Knuppelnatch fest in Switzerland. Missed the chance to tour with the almighty Nile in September the band finally managed to tour with Krisiun in March 2006 playing shows in Spain, France, Switzerland and Italy. It was one of the greatest experience ever for the band.

After the tour with Krisiun, the band start the works for his next album. In the meanwhile the band took part in one of the most important underground Italian festival, "Grind Your Mother 3"with band as Napalm Death, Sinister, Regurgitate, Leng T'che and many more. In September Enrico, one of the founder member of the band, quits Hour of Penance and in November the band parted ways with Alex Necrotorture. In December a new singer, Francesco Paoli, joins forces in Hour of Penance and in the same month the band entered 16th Cellar Studios in Rome once again with producer Stefano "Saul" Morabito to record 3 new tracks as preview of his still untitled next album. Promo 2007 received a great feedback, as well as the past works of the band, introducing to the audience a different band. Thanks to the promo, Hour of Penance received several proposals from some labels and a short period after the release of it, the band signed a 2 album contract with the legendary Unique Leader rec.
While playing in several gigs and festival in Europe ( as the amazing Death Feast open air, Neurotic DF and others ) the band was still working at its third album entitled "The Vile Conception" which represents the meticulous work of over a year of songwriting, The band finally entered again the 16th studios in July 2007 to lay down the 10 tracks of its new recording. Hour of Penance third album entitled "The Vile Conception", follower of the 2005 success "Pageantry for Martyrs", will be released next February 23rd via UniqueLeader Records.
Showing one of the finest European death metal, "The Vile Conception" marks definitely a step forward in every front for Hour of Penance and represents the result of a meticulous songwriting and research of musical-perfection, an improvement of the trademark which always characterized Hour of Penance style. Fast drumming and technical guitar riffing assault with evil-melodical parts and a fast verbal aggression for over 40 minutes is what you will hear in "The Vile Conception"..a death metal manifesto against those who rule the earth through the power of lies and lead humanity to an inevitable end.

Procreating An Apocalypse  2006
Lecherous Nocturne Since their debut in 1997, Lecherous Nocturne have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the Southeastern metal scene, landing a deal with Deepsend Records on the strength of their self-titled EP and their desire to expand the already-extreme boundaries of thrash, black, and death metal. Powered by the dense, interlocking riffs of guitarists Kreishloff and Chris Lollis and featuring frontman Jason Hohensteins wide range of throat-shredding vocal effects, Lecherous Nocturne strips their metal right down to the bloody bones. Extravagant luxuries like midtempo breaks hi-tech studio shenanigans conventional song structures and even guitar solos are all unnecessary in Lecherous Nocturnes world: their music is an unrelenting firestorm of grinding double-picked guitars, Dallas' powerful machine-gun drumming, and massive low-end rumble courtesy of bassist Mike Poggione, the intensity here is way over-the-top, the bands fury is super-concentrated and highly disciplined bursts of bile. Their recently released full-length album Adoration of the Blade delivers a killing stroke and then slipps away before you even have a chance to brace yourself. Lecherous Nocturne are poised to take the Metal world by storm, This release promises to be one of the most original, abrasive, and unforgiving Metal albums ever recorded, with Lecherous Nocturne being a name that calls to the higher ranks of Extreme Metal for some time to come...

The Age of Miracles Has Passed  2008
Mortal Decay For over 15 years, MORTAL DECAY has been one of the premier forces in death metal. Having performed on both sides of the continent, their music has showcased their technical abilities while still retaining brutality. In 1991 three individuals from South Jersey, Anthony Ipri (drums), John Hartman (guitar) and John Paoline (vocals) formed MORTAL DECAY. After their inception they recorded their debut demo ‘Dawn of Misery’ with guitarist Anthony Divigenze and bassist Brandon Stockl. Brian Valenti replaced Anthony Divigenze and subsequently recorded the ‘Grisly Aftermath’ demo in 1993.

Upon the success of their demos, the band performed numerous shows along the east coast. In 1994 Brian Valenti and Brandon Stockl left the band and were replaced by bassist Ron Steinhauer and guitarist Joe Gordon. With the new lineup in place, MORTAL DECAY recorded the critically acclaimed "Brutalizing Creations" demo in 1995 garnering a prestigious "10 Skulls" in S.O.D. magazine.

In early 1996 MORTAL DECAY suffered their first major line-up disruption when long-time vocalist John Paoline announced he was leaving the band. Kelly Izquierdo (ex-DEATHRUNE) while the group continued to write and play throughout the remainder of the year. During this time the band was approached by Pulverizer Records to record their first full length album ‘Sickening Erotic Fanaticism’ (released 1997). To promote the album, the band embarked on their first tour with Illinois-based act DEADEN culimating with their first appearance at the Milwaukee Metalfest.

While writing new material, the band remastered their three demos and released a compilation disc ‘A Gathering of Human Artifacts’ in 1999. In 2000, MORTAL DECAY was approached by Unique Leader Records for a record deal and a supporting slot on the Bloodletting North America tour with DISGORGE, DEEDS OF FLESH and CEPHALIC CARNAGE. With a successful tour and a new record deal, MORTAL DECAY began working on their second full length album. Kelly Izquierdo left the band and original vocalist John Paoline stepped in to record the album titled ‘Forensic’. Released in 2001, the album featured a more progressive and technical approach showcasing the band’s musical capabilities and lyrical intelligence.

In 2003, long-time bassist Ron Steinhaur parted the band and was replaced by Lou Suppa (Insatanity). 2005 was a tumultous year with a string of line up changes. John Paoline and Lou Suppa left the band and were replaced by Kevin McClintock (Polterchrist, Insatanity, Divine Rapture) and Ed Drozdowsky (Polterchrist, Insatanity, Pyrexia) respectively. Then founding member Anthony Ipri decided to leave and was replaced by Justin DiPinto (Malevolent Creation, Divine Rapture, Insatanity, Pyrexia).

With a new lineup MORTAL DECAY hit the studio and recorded their third full length album ‘Cadaver Art’. Shortly after the release, the band embarked on their first European tour with BEHEADED, BRUTUS, and NECROCEST. The next couple of years the band continued to play at shows and metalfests throughout America.

In 2007, MORTAL DECAY continued to play shows while writing new material for their upcoming 4th album. Ed Drozdowsky left the band and was replaced by Monty Mukerji(Polterchrist). In 2008, vocalist Keving McClintock left and was replaced by Anthony Schrader (The Tenth Circle). With yet another new lineup, the band is currently writing new material and continue to perform all over America.

Necronomicon Many say that Montreal (Quebec) is the Metal capital of North America. The abundance of people supporting their scene is outstanding, so is the ingenious song writing of its bands. Among the most extreme acts building the scene since the early 90s, we recall - Gorguts, Kataklysm, Cryptopsy and NecronomicoN.

Officially formed in 1991 by guitarist/frontman Rob "the Witch", NecronomicoN has been in constant evolution ever since, creating a fusion of atmospheric melodies and groundbreaking metallic attack. "Morbid Ritual" is what initiated the process, revealing 5 songs of Occult Death Metal and critically acclaimed in several countries. Unfortunately the band's next release was delayed due to numerous complications, however NecronomicoN was able to optimize its live performance, playing throughout the nation and thus gaining higher recognition. They were by then considered as one of the main acts in the Canadian Metal scene.

NecronomicoN entered Victor Studio in 1995 to record its first MCD. Engineered by Pierre Remillard (Cryptopsy, Obliveon, Anvil...), "The Silver Key" overviews the band's early days with unreleased material, in addition to defining a new beginning with the title track, where new elements of vibrating harmony were introduced. Following its release the following year, agencies' interest led NecronomicoN to share stages with Mercyful Fate and Cradle of Filth among others, as well as invitations to perform at the Milwaukee and Montreal Metalfests. The band was growing higher in reputation and respected for its great perseverance, very often compared to Morbid Angel for its musical accomplishments and referred as the "Quebec Death legends" by sources such as BW&BK magazine.

1998 focused in preparing and recording the debut full length album as NecronomicoN entered Peter Pan Studio. Back at Victor to process mixing and mastering, "Pharaoh of Gods" was originally released under the currently inactive Hypnotic Records (Voivod, Kataklysm, Anvil...) and re-released in 2002 for worldwide distribution through Unique Leader (Deeds of Flesh, Disgorge, etc.). The spiritual yet extreme opus contains 9 tracks of absolute swiftness and technicality, making this Metal masterpiece unique in its own way. In support of the album, a full Canadian tour with Kataklysm and Blood of Christ has been completed in the fall of 2002 and was considered a success.

Ensuring there were to be no further delays for the new album, NecronomicoN went back in studio shortly after the tour. The follow-up to "Pharaoh of Gods" is entitled "The Sacred Medicines", another token of ritualistic spirituality. Once again, the band never ceases limiting itself to a single style, exploring different levels of musical vibrations while excelling in the precise execution of its Heavy Metal core. Among other concept views of this album - the spirit of ancient Native traditions in all their complexity and in which all is contained. Perhaps an unconventional yet simple state of mind, more often than never found in our everyday lifestyle.

"The Sacred Medicines" has been officially released in Fall 2003. For over 2 years afterwards, many live performances followed in support of the album, including off dates with Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, select festivals and a 5-week Canadian tour with Behemoth.

The 3rd full length album and follow-up to "The Sacred Medicines" is currently in the works. More news coming soon...

Odius Mortem Odious Mortem was formed in 2000 by Dan Eggers (guitar, vocals), David Siskin (guitar) and KC Howard (drums). After a few years of off and on composition, Odious recorded their demo ‘Gestation of Worms’ in 2003. Soon after that, they were introduced to Matt Sotelo (Decrepit Birth/Legion Studios) and inevitably made arrangements to record a long awaited full length. Not too long after that, they made a deal with Unique Leader Records in 2004 who released their debut album ‘Devouring the Prophecy’. After finishing the writing for their second album in late 2006, Odious entered the studios with Zack Ohren of Castle Ultimate in Oakland, CA. The new album, "Cryptic Implosion", released April 2007, is currently available on Willowtip Records.

Odius Sanction In 1992 original members Scott Bryant and Steve Shalaty move to cleveland from painesville to build a band that conveyed the rage and aggression inside of them. Through many trials and tribulations ODIOUS SANCTION was born. With the release of their first demo ODIOUS SANCTION established an excellent local following and started to impress national acts traveling through the region. 1995-After switching guitarists ODIOUS regroup in their hometown and release IGNORANT WASTE. Immediately following the second demo's debut, ODIOUS starts planning their next studio project. The financially destitute group finally release PUNISHMENT OF LIFE in 1998. This demo did fairly well and started to attract national attention. The band played extensively locally and out of state during the next couple of years and gathered material for their first full length, PSYCHOTICALLY ENRAGED. During 2000 ODIOUS flooded the underground with their newest creation, eventually attracting the attention of UNIQUE LEADER RECORDS who released an updated version of the album in 2001. While the band was readying for an upcoming tour the guitarist abruptly quit. The search for a replacement guitarist proved hopeless and vocalist Scott Bryant had to step up to take over guitar duties. New bass player Adam Schwan was added and the trio released it's comeback demo TAURUS in 2003. With the band back up to speed and the memory of a missed tour burning inside them, ODIOUS SANCTION recorded 15 songs under the title NO MOTIVATION TO LIVE. After nearly five years ODIOUS SANCTION has reunited with UNIQUE LEADER RECORDS to release NO MOTIVATION TO LIVE in february 2006.

Psycroptic Formed in Hobart, Tasmania in 1999 Psycroptic wrote intensively for the months following their formation, crafting the material for the debut album 'The Isle of Disenchantment'. This album was self released in January 2001 to overwhelming response from the metal underground which helped spread the Psycroptic name all around the world.

'Scepter of the Ancients' saw the light of day in 2003 through Unique Leader Records and with it Psycroptic further define their sound. After several years of playing Australian stages, 2004 saw Psycroptic leave their home shores for the first time, touring with death metal legends Dismember throughout Europe.

Much of 2005 was spent touring Australia, and preparing material for 'Symbols of Failure'. Released in early 2006, the album was followed by extensive touring – 3 full European tours and several Australian tours – sharing the stage with such acts as Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Nile, Behemoth, Kataklsym, Black Dahlia Murder amoung others.

The Tasmanian Devils made their long overdue North American live debut on the 2008 Summer Slaughter tour, which has been their most successful tour to date. The forth album 'Ob(servant) will be released Worldwide on October 14th on Nuclear Blast (and on Stomp in Australia and New Zealand).

Our tenth anniversary has actually come and gone without us being able to enjoy it the only way we would want to... On stage... Today, due to a lack of any progress whatsoever in Robbert's recovery we have decided to pull the plug on Pyaemia. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our fans, friends (both on and off stage) and all the people we have worked with. You will probably find some of us popping up in side projects or other bands since Pyaemia may have perished, our love for brutal music has not.
Be sure to check: Arsebreed (with Joel and former bass-player Frank).
Brutal greetings, on behalf of a sad Pyaemia crew, signing out, Anton.

Cranial Blowout
 Ep 1998

Cerebral Cereal  2001
Pyrexia The Year....1990. The place....Mineola Long Island New York. Death Metal was rising up in the music scene in New York . Chris Basile, Guy Marchais , Daryl Wagner, Mike Andejko, and Rob Shimonski met to form the New York Death Metal band PYREXIA. Coming from similar backrounds and driven by a drug like passion for music , PYREXIA began to imprint its own Firebrand style of Death Metal at local shows and underground murmurs. In the years leading up to PYREXIA meeting and forming, guitar player Chris Basile had been working with and writing songs in several bands along with Terrence Hobbs, Mike Smith , and Doug Ceritto all of SUFFOCATION. With dozens of songs written together, and going under the name "MORTUARY", the band, with studio time booked, broke up as they were to record their first demo. Many of the riffs and songs written for this band made their way onto the first several SUFFOCATION and PYREXIA albums , hence the constant comparisons some times unfair over the years. The Huge difference between PYREXIA and any other so called bands that sound like SUFFOCATION or NEW YORK is that guitarist Chris Basile had been playing in bands and writing songs with Terrence Mike and Doug for years before there ever was a PYREXIA or a SUFFOCATION.

At the same time during this period , Guy Marchais was putting together several Death Metal bands, one called SUFFOCATION. After MORTUARY broke up, Guy began working with Terrence and Mike and they started SUFFOCATION. Not long after that Doug began working with Mike and Terrence taking the place of Guy which led Guy to begin working with Daryl Wagner to form PYREXIA. A short time later Guy and Daryl hooked up with Chris , fresh from the MORTUARY break up and they went in to record the 1991 PYREXIA demo " Liturgy of Impurity".

After several line up changes and many guitar try-outs,(including Chris Pervelas who later went on to form NYDM Powerhouse INTERNAL BLEEDING), PYREXIA recorded their first full lenghth release "Sermon of Mockery" on overseas label Hard Vynil. With great acclaim , this album would define the band as a true contributor to American Death Metal.

1994. Singer Daryl Wagner parts ways with PYREXIA in pursuit of a career in computers/IT. This gave the band the opportunity to make a change and stand out in a genre that was becoming increasingly overcrowded with gutteral vocal styles so similar sounding it was getting hard to tell one vocalist from another. Enter Keith Devito. His vocal range, especially at that time , was way more powerful and aggressive then most singers out there.. In 1995, with Keith behind the mic, PYREXIA recorded the 3 song "Hatredangeranddisgust" in efforts to introduce their new sound to the underground. By this time , PYREXIA had grown measureably and was doing a great job promoting themselves in an era before email , myspace or the internet. Keith was then asked by SUFFOCATION to fill in for vocal assasin Frank Mullen for an overseas tour supporting DEICIDE. Keith rose to the occasion, fronting SUFFOCATION for the tour. Upon his return , PYREXIA s immediate move was to record and release the 1997 full length album " System of the Animal" on Danish Label Serious Entertainment.

In 1999 , while PYREXIA was in contract negotiations for what was to be their third full length, singer Keith was approached once again for temporary vocal duties. OBITUARY needed a singer to fill the tremendous shoes of John Tardy in order to tour .Keith once again rose up and did the tour. During the tour ,Keith became good friends with OBITUARY guitar player, Trevor Peres. After his their return, Keith asked the rest of PYREXIA to join him and Trevor in a new project to be called CATASTROPHIC , that was to be funded by METAL BLADE RECORDS. Unable to pass up the opportunity, Chris and the rest of band basically put PYREXIA on hold and went on to release the album "The Cleansing" in 2001 on METAL BLADE RECORDS.

Logistics, money problems and personal as well as musical diffences , caused guitar player Chris Basile to defect from CATASTROPHIC and reform the band he had been playing in since he was a teenager.

PYREXIA was Re-Born.

Putting together a ferocious line-up , including drummer Justin DiPinto, most know for his work with MALEVOLANT CREATION on the album "Will to Kill". The next to enlist would become one of the most integral parts of PYREXIA today. That person is audio masochist and vocal prodigy Erick Shute. Erick came into the picture never singing in a band before and was 9 years old when "Sermon of Mockery" was released. Today , he is a huge part of leading the band forward and faster like never before. Packed with talent, in 2004, PYREXIA recorded and released what was to be a prelude to their next full length release "Cruelty Beyond Submission". Containing 3 new songs and an assortment of PYREXIA 's more favorite older tracks through independant record label CRASH RECORDS.

UNIQUE LEADER . A label known for releasing some of the sickest, meanest , quality underground DEATH METAL , saw an opportunity in PYREXIA as the band did in the label. Joining forces in 2006, PYREXIA recorded and released the new album "Age of the Wicked" under the UL flag in January 2007. Currently abominating crowds in support of this new release , PYREXIA continues to Dominate with no end in sight.

Look for the video for the PYREXIA single "Ode to Brin" on MTV2 in the coming weeks. Stay connected for updates.

Reciprocal is a technical death metal outfit based out of southern California formed in January of 2007. They came together with the similar vision to create extremely challenging death metal combined with catchy riffs that would also hold the interest of traditional metal listeners. Vocalist Jacob Enfinger, drummer Dustin Perle, and guitarists Alex Crescioni and Andy McLeod describe the moment they first played together as instant chemistry.

The name "Reciprocal" was chosen based upon it's definition and its relation to their own unyielding cycle of disagreeing on band names. The band needed to come together as a whole, regardless of any differences or disagreements.

In September of 2007, Reciprocal was approached by Unique Leader Records after being discovered via the internet. The label, after seeing a rehearsal video posted on the bands MySpace page, was willing to sign them immediately. Though they were still in need of a bassist and had not yet played a show together, the band signed a two album deal.

By April of 2008, Reciprocal's search for a bassist had remained dismal. With a debut show a month away and their recording date drawing near, they decided to hire a session bassist. They sought help from their freind, ex Vile and Brain Drill bassist Jeff Hughell. Not only did Jeff offer to provide his amazing bass skills for the album, he was also willing to help with shows and touring. Shortly after performing with Reciprocal at their debut show held at the Black Castle in Los Angeles, CA on May 31, 2008, Jeff made the decision to join as a permanent member based on the band's musical abilities as well as thier dedication.

Severed Savior In 1999, Murray Fitzpatrick, Mike Gilbert, Troy Fullerton, Dusty Boisjolie and Armondo Avolos formed Severed Savior from the ashes of 2 different projects. The goal was to play and create music that was sick, challenging, and brutal. After several months of writing and practicing, we started playing shows here in the bay area and were lucky enough to support for Incantation as well as Disgorge and Deeds of Flesh. Shortly thereafter, Armondo was released of his duties and Murray switched from guitar to bass. In March of 2000, we recorded a 5 song demo titled "Puddle of Gore" with Bart Thurber at House of Faith studios in Oakland, CA. Playing as a 4 piece with Murray now owning on bass, the band continued to play shows locally and to write music. At this time the set list consisted of such lovely titles as Fecalpheliac, Bury the Whore, Molesting the Dead, Fuck the Humans, Deadspeak, Puddle of Gore and of course Steel Toe Abortion. In June, 2001, we recruited former Deeds of Flesh / Impaled guitarist Jared Deaver and planned on recording our 2 newest songs along with one written with Jared as a 3 song EP to be released along with our previous 5 song demo as bonus tracks. The EP titled "Forced to Bleed" was recorded in August, 2001 at J-Lab studios in Daly City, CA. Shortly after the recording and mixing, Mike Gilbert left the band, and Jared recruited a friend of the band named Rob Lumbre. Forced to Bleed was released on Disfigured Records on November 24th, 2001. Upon its Release, Severed Savior was signed to Unique leader Records. Unfortunately Rob passed away in a car accident just a couple months later on Jan 5th, 2002. Devastated, the band carried on. Jason Kramer was added as 2nd guitarist for a brief period, but was then released. August, 2002, began the recording of the band's first full length cd titled "Brutality is Law", at Digit Sound in San Pablo, CA. Brutality is Law was released on Unique Leader Records in the USA March 24th, 2003 and World wid in April 2003. Shortly after the release of "Brutality is Law", Jared left the band and Mike Gilbert returned to his rightful place. In November and December 2003, the band toured the US and Canada on Bloodletting North America IV with label mates Gorgasm, Pyaemia and Spawn of Possesion. Severed Savior crushed North America again in July, 2004 with Cannibal Corpse and The Black Dahlia Murder. Currently the band is writing material for the followup to Brutality is Law, expected to be released early 2007. Spawn of Possession Spawn of Possession rose from the ashes of various constellations in Feb. `97, consisting of Jonas Bryssling (guitar), Jonas Karlsson (guitar) and Dennis Röndum (drums). The whole idea of the band was to create brutal and sick music that went beyond all that had been done before in death metal history! After three years of dedicated song writing the band went to record their first demo, "The Forbidden", which got nothing but great responses and earned the band a respectful name in the death metal community world wide! Right after the release of "The Forbidden" the band found bass player Nick Dewerud to fill the empty bass spot the band had suffered from since the start! A year later the band once again laid siege to the studio to record their second demo, "Church of Deviance" which got praised in every review it faced and in Dec.2001 Spawn of Possession signed a deal with Unique Leader Records. Spawn of Possession worked extremely hard on new material for the next six months and in June 2002 the recording of the debut album, "Cabinet", commenced! The band ended up in Pama Studios together with the highly acclaimed producer/engineer Magnus Sedenberg with whom they had worked on previous recordings. The recording, mixing and mastering of Cabinet went smooth and the final result followed up the band's expectations for a complete satisfaction! With nothing but great press and a rapidly growing name it was now time to start supporting their release live. First off was a 4 week European tour together with Disavowed, Vile, Inhume and Mangled. The tour was a major success and opened up a lot of new doors for the band. Shortly after returning home the next tour offer was knocking on the door. A six week North American tour together with Unique Leader label mates, Severed Savior, Pyaemia and Gorgasm. Traveling coast to coast including a five gigs ride to Canada, Spawn of Possession executed no less than 27 shows on this tour. Needless to say, this was of course a huge step up for the band. After coming back from the US tour Spawn of Possession was fortunate enough to be able to do another tour, this time as a part of the annual No Mercy package in Europe, with bands such as Cannibal Corpse, Hypocrisy, Kataklysm, Exhumed, Vomitory and Carpathian Forest. The tour consisted of 14 shows, playing in front of 600 to 1500 people a night at some of the biggest club venues in Europe. After this spring-tour summerfestival offers kept poring in having the band perform at 8 festivals including Fuck The Commerce (Germany), Stonehenge (The Netherlands), Grind You Mother (Italy) and Mountains of Death (Switzerland). During this period and the beginning of fall 2004 Spawn of Possession also started to work on new material. In mid September the writing however got interrupted as the band joined Cannibal Corpse as direct support on a 24 show tour throughout Scandinavia and the Baltic/eastern European states. This was without a doubt one of the strongest tours up to date leaving the band with a new good tour experience and dozens of new recruits to the Spawn of Possession fan base. After coming back from that tour, Spawn of Possession focused entierly on the new material. and in january 2006 they entered Pama Studios once again and recorded their second full-lenght album entitled Noctambulant. In May-June same year they did a European tour with Hate Eternal, Shadows Land and Fall of Serenity. After that tour Dennis left Spawn of Possession and the the band got back to writing on yet another masterpice soon to come...

The Ordher was created around April '05, after the end of two big Brazilian acts, REBAELLIUN and NEPHASTH. Fabio Lentino (vox/bass), Mauricio Weimar (drums/percussion) and Fabiano Penna (guitars) started the band as a project, which quickly became their main work. Their previous bands had a successful career in the underground Metal scene, with the bands playing European and Brazilian tours (shared the stage with bands such as HATE ETERNAL, CANNIBAL CORPSE, DEICIDE, BEHEMOTH, KRISIUN and VADER'), with albums released and well received among the fans all over the world and a promising future. With the end of these bands, THE ORDHER became reality and their man goal.

After a few months only rehearsing and writing stuff, band started to record and produce some music. Between July and August '06 they recorded their official demo containing 3 songs: 'Rise', 'The Poison' and 'Father'. The stuff, so called 'Promo '06', was widely promoted on the web thru their website (www.theordher.com) and myspace official page (www.myspace.com/theorderextreme) , got a good response from the fans all over the world and finally gave the band a 2 albums deal with the American label Unique Leader Records.

In February '07, THE ORDHER entered the studio in Brazil to finally record their debut album. 'Weaponize', that's the result of 2 years of hard work, shows a very mature band, focused on playing extreme Metal that does not depend only on speed to sound aggressive. Although 'Weaponize' contains some ultra fast tracks, THE ORDHER use and abuse of all kinds of elements available for Metal genre and even Rock genre to try to sound unique among so many bands that sound just like one'

After some shows in Brazil promoting 'Weaponize', Mauricio Weimar left the band in March '08 for personal reasons. New drummer is an 18 years old but very talented musician called Cassio Canto, who joined the band with several shows already booked. A few weeks later this new line-up did the first shows like open-act for the American legend POSSESSED in their Brazilian tour, and some more shows including a big festival called FORCAOS (with KRISIUN).

Trauma is one of the most experienced Polish death metal formations. It started to function at the end of the 80s as THANATOS. There are two taped demo recordings from that period thanks to which this band from Elblg had been mentioned more and more often as one of the team leaders of a native underground scene. In spring 1992 a decision was made to change the name of the band which from then on is called TRAUMA. In May in the Polish radio station in Olsztyn a material INVISIBLE REALITY was recorded. It came onto market in June 1993 owing to LOUD OUT rec./ MORBID NOIZZ prod. evoking very positive and enthusiastic response in underground, official magazines as well as among fans.

It was not until October 1995 that gave the release of further ideas when TRAUMA recorded in SL studio in Gdansk its first debut album COMEDY IS OVER. The material was released in Autumn 1996 by VOX MORTIS rec. exclusively on tape. Despite extraordinary music contents, the record company didnt guarantee even the most basic promotion and distribution of the recording.

The outcome of the next recording session held in October 1997 in SELANI studio in Olsztyn was a mini-album DAIMONION, which resulted in signing a contract with PAGAN rec. The co-operation was followed by CD release DAIMONION featured by remastered works from INVISIBLE REALITY. In the meantime TRAUMA came back to playing successful concerts all around the country.

In spring 2000 the band entered HERTZ studio in Bialystok and recorded the second album SUFFOCATED IN SLUMBER. By the end of September the CD came onto shops. At the same time, also owing to PAGAN rec. there was another release of the debut album COMEDY IS OVER available in a new visual setting and for the first time in a CD format.

SUFFOCATED IN SLUMBER was a real milestone in the band career. In March 2001 SYSTEM SHOCK company made it possible for the CD to reach European market. In the same month TRAUMA went on tour with DECAPITATED and VADER performing in REIGN FOREVER WORLD TOUR and visiting the major Polish cities. During these exciting concerts, a live material was recorded under the name of CRASH TEST: LIVE. The premiere took place in November the same year, again owing to PAGAN rec.

In January 2002 TRAUMA went on EXPRESSION OF HORROR TOUR in the company of DEVILYN and MISTERIA. A run of good luck was going on and in April the band went to play its first foreign concerts for SYSTEM SHOCK OVER EUROPE TOUR PART TWO with MASTER, KRABATHOR and XENOMORPH. The tour was held almost in all Germany and Holland and was enthusiastically welcomed by the fans. Soon after its return from the tour, the band started working on a new album. In October 2002 TRAUMA was invited for the next edition of TRASHEM ALL FESTIVAL, this time sharing the stage with MONSTROSITY, VOMITORY, LOST SOUL, SCEPTIC, DISSENTER and CONTEMPT. After the concerts the band was totally focused on the successor of SUFFOCATED IN SLUMBER.

With the beginning of 2003, the band resigned from the PAGAN rec. which for five years it had been connected with. In February a new contract was signed with EMPIRE rec. Soon after the band recorded in HERTZ studio its newest album IMPERFECT LIKE GOD.

On 13 March 2004 TRAUMA took part in the 18th edition of the METALMANIA festival which was traditionally held in Spodek in Katowice. The band gave its performance on a large stage next to SOULFLY, MORBID ANGEL, KRISIUN, ENSLAVED, TIAMAT, MOONSPELL and many more. At the same time TRAUMA played a series of concerts promoting its album all around Poland.

In spring 2004, thanks to French ADIPOCERE record company, IMPERFECT LIKE GOD officially got into European market and received favourable reviews in professional press.

In June TRAUMA went to play promoting IMPERFECT LIKE GOD concerts together with DIES IIRAE, SCEPTIC and SHADOWS on EMPIRE INVASION TOUR.

In Autumn, the band played its last concerts for the promotion of IMPERFECT LIKE GOD . At the turn of 2004 and 2005 the band decided not to play any concerts. The reason being that, the band concentrated on a new album release. The DETERMINATION recording took place in May and June 2005 again in Hertz studio.

The album was released on 25th August, thanks to EMPIRE rec. and as the previous album it joined TRASH'EM ALL.

Unmerciful The Entity Which Is Known As UNMERCIFUL Was Incepted In June 2001. Frustrated Musicians James King (Former Shredder For TRAILS OF DECAY), & Clint Appelhanz (Original ORIGIN Bassist), Began Writing The Sickest Music They Could And Recorded It Straight To Computer (Clint Just Happened To Have Graduated Recording/Engineering School As Well). The Two Quickly Progressed And Realized That This Would Need To Be A Full Band. After Auditioning Various Musicians And Not Being Able To Keep A Stable Lineup, UNMERCIFUL Temporarily Disbanded In 2002. Clint Rejoined ORIGIN As A Guitarist (After The Departure Of Jeremy Turner). Then, After The Departure Of John Longstreth, James King Followed Suit. The Two Recorded "Echoes Of Decimation" With ORIGIN In 2004, With A Few Tours To Follow (One Of Which Was With MALEVOLENT CREATION). In Early 2005, Jeremy Turner (Who, Since His Departure From ORIGIN, Toured The World With Death Metal Legends CANNIBAL CORPSE). Joined Up With UNMERCIFUL, Along With Sick Up And Comer Tony Reust On Vocals. In The Summer Of 2005, They Recorded A Full Length Which Would Later Become Known As "Unmercifully Beaten." Without A Bassist, Clint James And Jeremy Performed Bass Duties On The Songs. Alex Webster Also Contributed Session Bass For The Song "Shotgun Sodomy." Only Later Would UNMERCIFUL Get The Help From Finger Shredder Derek Engemann (CAST THE STONE) As Permanent Bassist. UNMERCIFUL Sent Out Demos To Various Labels And None Other Than Unique Leader Records Picked Up The Group, Signing A Two Record Deal. On August 22nd, 2006, "Unmercifully Beaten" Was Released With Tremendous Reviews. Vile Almost ten years after releasing their first 3-song demo “Unearthed” onto the American death metal landscape, Vile is poised for relentless attack and will accept nothing but total world domination!
Major U.S. tours with bands like Cannibal Corpse, Cephalic Carnage, Deeds of Flesh and a hugely successful European headlining tour have solidified Vile's base, and proved their worth to thousands of extreme metal fans. Catch Vile live this year and in 2006! Witness the domination for yourself as Vile drop the bomb on another unsuspecting crowd!
Now in September 2005, Vile will release their third full-length album entitled “The New Age of Chaos”. Written and recorded by founding member and death metal producer Colin Davis, it is Vile's most mature and memorable offering to date. “The New Age of Chaos” will surely be deemed one of American extreme metal's brightest offerings and solidify Vile's rightful place among the “Death Metal Elite”. “The New Age of Chaos” is not just more of the same American style underground metal. It contains a mixture of modern extreme metal influences including prominent black metal style melodies as well as Vile's patented pit invoking grooves!
“The New Age of Chaos” is a finely crafted musical landscape that takes the listener to a place of uncertainty, a place of inhuman conditions and out-and-out war. A war of civilizations. A war of ideas and extreme ideals. A war that could determine the eventual fate of mankind. Based on current events and intertwined with horrific fantasy, Vile entertains the idea of a complete and total world war between the West and the terrorists of fundamentalist Islam.
Step into the brutal and horrifying present. Step into the New Age of Chaos!

Vomit remnants Starting in the end of 1997, Keisuke got together with Takahiro and Ryo to form a NY style brutal death metal band, in the vein of Internal Bleeding, Suffocation, and Dying Fetus. In December of 1997 they recorded a demo, "In The Name Of Vomit", which featured Shinjiro from Flesh Mangler on vocals. They promoted the demo world wide, and appeared in many death metal magazines with cool reviews / interviews etc.. In early 1998, Vomit Remnants recorded their second demo, "Brutally Violated". After a few weeks. they recorded an unreleased track to contribute to the "Gore Is Your Master" compilation CD (Razorback Records). In the beginning of 1999, Shinjiro, the singer, left the band. But they recorded an eight song full length album entitled "Supreme Entity" with support singer Toshiyasu. The CD was released by Macabre Mementos Records in May of 1999.

Vomit Remnants has played the world's most brutal festival, "Ohiodeath Fest99" with Dying Fetus, Internal Bleeding, Dehumanized, Devourment, Gorgasm, Prophecy and many other brutal bands. In 2000, the line up for Vomit Remnants was completed. Support singer Toshiyasu became the full time vocalist. And they add a second guitar player, Atsuyuki. After completing the line up, they went to Europe for a European tour with Fleshless and Godless Truth. They appeared at two big festivals, "Obcsene Extreme Fest" and "Nuclear Storm Fest" in the Czech Republic, and played three shows in Germany and a show in Holland, Belgium, and Austria. Vomit The Soul is born 2000 by an idea of 3 friends fascinated by everything concerning Death Metal: Max (guitars and Vocals) , Ycio (drums) and Denny (bass). After some rehearsals, Vomit The Soul starts playing live and records a live tape 'Hellish Live' during the 1st gig. In 2001-2002 the band get some local gig and share the stage with local bands (Awful, SKW, Arkenemy, Bastard Saints, Cadaveric Crematorium) in the meanwhile the band is constantly working on songwriting. After composing a few songs decides to enter the Avatara Studios (Milan) to record a 4 tracks mcd, called 'Human Insanity'. Because of a lack of interest, Denny leaves the band and he's substituted by Andrea, who takes part to this brutal alliance. In 2003 Vomit The Soul finally decide to selfrelease 'Human Insanity' mCD and to self release it in 1000 copies. The Mcd has been largely distributed in many underground distros and in some stores.. The band's live activity goes on and the band plays some gigs in the northern part of Italy, sharing the stage with bands like Nefas, Insane Assholes, Mind Snare, Corporal Raid, Psychofagist, Cripple Bastards, Gorefuck, Genital Grinder and others. Nearly 2004 the band decide to stop booking shows to focus mainly on perfecting 8 new songs, to be recorded and released as debut full lenght disc. In September the band records a 3 tracks promo CD in the rehearsal room entitled 'Cuntless Promo 2004', which has been sent to most interesting Death Metal labels, to ink a deal for the upcoming full length album, to be recorded the year after. In fact in April 2005 Vomit The Soul inks a deal with NC based label COMATOSE MUSIC, for the release of debut full lenght cd 'Portaits of Inhuman Abominations', just before entering HeartBeat Studios for the recording sessions. In september 2005 Vomit the Soul first album "Portraits of Inhuman Abominations" is released via Comatose Music. The reactions from the listeners are positive since the disc release, collecting a good following from extreme music fans and medias. In 2006 and 2007 to support the promotion of the disc Vomit the Soul have been invited to some international death metal fest like Ludwigshafen Deathfest, Neurotic Deathfest, Nrw Deathfest, Insane Insanity Deathfest, Undergrind Freakfest II and shared the stage with bands from Europe, USA and Japan (Necrophagist. Infected Malignity, Arsebreed, Impure, Resection, Gorerotted, Psycroptic, Avulsed, Disavowed, Insidious Decrepancy, prostitute Disfigurement, Sanatorium, Godless Truth, Emeth, Napalm Death, Sinister, Regurgitate, Leng Tch'e, Hour Of Penance, Septycal Gorge, Wargore, Gadget, Gorgasm, Degrade, Carnal Decay. Putridity, Despodency, Inhume, Misery Index & many more!) plus a good number of local shows in Italy. As happened back in 2004, after this live campaign, the band decides to stop the gigs booking and to dedicate on songwriting and on arrangements of the follower of Portraits of Inhuman Abominations. The style has evolved towards something more complete, personal, groove-oriented but more aggressive than ever. In april/may 2008, the band completes the recording session of the upcoming album titled Apostles of Inexpression at 16th Cellar Studios in Rome. The result is simply bombastic! In october 2008 the band inks an agreement with Unique Leader Records for a 2 disc deal. "Apostles of Inxepression" will be released in early 2009.

In the new century, Vomit Remnants was back in America for the short lived tour entitled "North American Extermination Tour 2001" with Brodequin!!!! Also, they have finally released their new MCD "Indefensible Vehemence" from MACABRE MEMENTOS!!!!!!
